Resisting the global climate warming, which is to a great extent a result of growing coldness in human relationships, a group of Russian poets under the guidance of an outstanding contemporary artist Vladimir Smolyar made the first attempt to overcome centuries-old barriers formed of sandy sediment of insignificant misunderstanding, of groundwater of hidden grievances, of basalt blocks of long-standing detestation and fiery magma of delirious anger among peoples, and all the same in reverse order and on the opposite side, so that starting from a cafe in central Moscow, passing through the heart of our planet, a thin poetic line can be extended to the opposite continent, red in the rays of the setting sun and green in the early dawn — to distant Australia, where in the centre of Sydney, the Antipodes Association led by highly gifted Tatiana Bonch-Osmolovskaya caught the line and offered it to lovers of poetry in the language understandable to antipodes.
